The New York Jets signed Michael Vick from the Philidelphia Eagles this off-season in an attempt to light a fire under second-year quarterback Geno Smith. Smith was ultimately given the starting job, and, to everyone’s surprise, and the Jets’ chagrin, Vick is totally not okay with playing second fiddle to Smith, according to an interview with Jenny Frentas of MMQB.
Vick didn’t even cause a stink about getting his trademark number seven jersey upon moving to New York (New Jersey). But the seasoned QB wont sit around on the bench this season, Jenny Frentas reports. New York Jets Owner, ghernandez14 seems to be working out a deal with numerous teams in getting something out of nothing for Michael Vick. Teams included in the rumors are, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Houston Texans, and San Diego Chargers.
