In a city where starting quarterbacks often arrive at the season opener unprepared, or, worse, unprepared and sacked by a giant American flag, naming a starter sooner than later carries benefits. It wont be a surprise who will be starting at QB for Cleveland in the regular season, but teammates have to wonder if its the right decision for the team as we near Training Camp.
